Dieting With Soup
There are a variety of different soup diets and even more variation of each of these diets. The cabbage soup diet is quite popular, but for the purposes of this article, we will begin with and focus on the chicken soup diet and then discuss the cabbage soup diet briefly as it relates to the chicken soup diet.
The principles of this diet are fairly basic. First, you eat a breakfast, which is NOT chicken soup. Then, you eat only chicken soup for the rest of the day, but as much chicken soup as you want. Only one breakfast is allowed per day and after breakfast soup is the only food to be eaten. It should also be noted that there are also restrictions on the breakfast too, but that you should not eat soup for breakfast. It is also important to know that only certain ingredients should be used in the soup and that some ingredients are not allowed.

Cabbage Soup Diet
The cabbage soup diet is essentially identical to the chicken soup diet. The main and obvious difference is that instead of chicken soup, dieters eat as much cabbage soup as they want. For both diets, participants eat a sensible breakfast other than soup. Cabbage can be spiced up so that it is not so bland too, but most people seem to prefer chicken. Yummy.
